Amaze Your Senses

40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast has partnered with Georgian Bay Airways to offer this incredible adventure! Take off from the seaplane base located right across the road on our waterfront for a adventure to experience Georgian Bay and inland vistas from a perspective you can only imagine. Prices including a 35-minute flight and one night's stay with a gourmet breakfast start at $185.00/pp, (minimum two people) plus HST (fuel surcharges may apply). Artsperience 2010

Available July & August

Working with Canadore College - Parry Sound campus, we are pleased to offer accommodations for course attendess. Courses include digital photography, painting and drawing in several different mediums. Our special rate is $500.00 for a four night stay, or $600.00 for a five night stay. (Arrival Sunday night and check out the last morning of your course. Share some of the things you've learned in your course, and Susan might even provide a dinner in exchange!)

40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast offers a package that will become an annual ritual that is eagerly anticipated each year! The price of $1,050.00 (plus HST) for 6 people includes wine and cheese upon arrival, a two night stay (with separate beds for everyone), two breakfasts, a $50.00 credit each towards spa services at Perfectly Pampered, plenty of time for shopping and laughter, and one dinner.

Romance Packages

Don't wait for Valentine's Day, anniversary, birthday or other special occasion to say, "I love you". 40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast is the perfect way to help you achieve a stay to remember. Our package includes a one-night stay with gourmet breakfast in the morning, a gorgeous flower arrangement (to take home with you) and fantastic bottle of wine, and a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage for both of you, for only $300.00 plus GST. And if the timing for a weekend isn't a good for now, why not present a gift certificate to be used at a more convenient time? Romance is always in the air!

Weddings

40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast is perfectly situated to base your wedding day preparations from. Rent the entire house and invite family and friends to drop by, have deliveries made and vendors such as your hairdresser, florist and photographer come to the house. Our price inlcudes 3 guest bedrooms, full breakfasts for everyone, plus access to the kitchen during the rest of the day. Unlimited tea, coffee and ice water will be available, and you are wlecome to bring other food and beverages as you wish. Minimum two night rental, $500.00/day plus taxes. "Build it and they will come" is no longer a truism in the Bed & Breakfast business. Marketing and sales are the key to getting people to stay at your B&B, and while others can help you develop the tools to market the B&B, the owner is the one who must implement the materials and close the sale. For potential B&B owners that have completed Part I, and are really serious in pursuing this great lifestyle, this experience allows you to spend a week in peak season working side-by-side with Susan. Your room, all meals and the opportunity to learn many of the "tricks of the trade" used by B&B owners to meet the needs of a variety of guests will be experienced. Cost for two people based on double occupancy is $800.00 plus taxes.

When the world gets too much, escape to 40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast for our Solitude Retreat. This package includes a 2- night stay with full breakfast served whenever you are ready; a relaxing massage from Perfectly Pampered and absolutely nothing else!
